EXCEPTIONAL!!! Vintage 1957 Madame Alexander Cissy in Sheath Overskirt and Tagged Dress, Jewelry set and original box. 20 inch doll. Sleep eyes with "real" upper lashes and painted lower lashes. Closed mouth with excellent lip color. Painted brows. Bendable knees and arms. She is wearing a tagged dress with an overskirt that snaps in the front. This dress was originally turquoise but overtime it changed to the color shown as the dyes have aged. (totally normal process.) The color has changed evenly and it is beautiful! Original turquoise thread is shown at the snaps. She is also wearing lace trimmed panties, stockings, silver sandals, a “diamond” bracelet, rhinestone earrings and a ring. The jewelry is original and it is often difficult to find the original earrings on a Cissy. Stunning ensemble. Dress has snap closures at the back. A must have for the serious collector. Comes with her original box. This is a very desirable doll that should be a must have for the discerning collector!! Gorgeous! Doll is in overall very good to excellent condition. Working sleep eyes. Good eyelashes. Knees and elbows bend and hold. Dress is in very good condition. The dress has some small spots but they are not very noticeable. Panties have some normal age discoloration. Stockings are in good condition. Sandals are in good. Ring, earrings, and bracelet are in great condition. Box has normal age wear and discoloration. One of the sides of the lid is torn. Clean. Odor Free. Smoke Free home. No doll stand. No other accessories. AMAZING DOLL!
