1999 Madame Alexander 8” DOROTHY & Toto from "The Wizard Of Oz" #13200

Madame Alexander 8" DOROTHY from "The Wizard of Oz". #13200 MINT in original box. Issued in 1999. On metal stand. Complete w/her pet black Scottie dog Toto in a straw basket w/matching blue blanket  Hard plastic doll has the wrist tag  Madame Alexander brochure. Blue gingham jumper over a matching white blouse w/blue socks & red shoes. Petticoat & panties are bright white. All the clothes have the original crispness & have never been removed from the doll. Her brown eyes open & close when she is lying down.. Dark brown hair is untouched- straight but tied w/blue bows on each side.
Original Madame Alexander box is marked "Dorothy" plus "13200" on one end w/"Dorothy with Toto" & bar code sticker on opposite end.
Entire package is MINT & never handled or played with. Only flaws are minor price tag sticker residue on box lid plus the handle on the straw basket containing Toto has a split in the middle.
